Resin8Art Refund & Return Policy

At Resin8Art, every piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and quality materials. We want you to absolutely love your board — whether it’s a gift, a kitchen staple, or a custom keepsake. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

​

Because each board is handmade — and many are custom — we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Custom orders (includes personalized names, paw prints, or engravings)

• Made-to-order pieces

• Sale items

If your item is not personalized and in original, unused condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

​

We take great care in packaging, but if your board arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• The shipping label

• ​

We’ll happily repair, replace, or refund your order depending on the issue.

Cancellations

​

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — unless work has already begun. After that, cancellations may not be accepted for custom orders.
